Restore and Release: Aquarius

Get ready for an evening of Aquarius themed self-care and relaxation! In this 75 minute monthly reset we will marry the principles of Yin Yoga and astrological philosophy to create a unique healing experience that will be both physical and energetic. Yin yoga provides the perfect balance to the yang western lifestyle and astrology helps us understand our place in the stars! Part long held deep stretch, part prop supported relaxation, this class will give you the space to let go of tension both physical and mental. Each monthly class will explore the unique vibrations of the zodiac and will ultimately leave you in more harmony feeling restored, relaxed, and released. This class will be held via Zoom the first Monday of every month and is suitable for all levels. Recordings will be sent for those who cannot attend live.
